Our Die Casting Machinery is built for speed and efficiency. Our die casting department consists of four  automatic 15 ton pneumatic machines produce cycle times that average 3500 to 4000 cycles in a 7 ½ hour work day. We have one hydraulic 15 ton machine which produces at a rate of 2000 to 2500 cycles per shift and is also automatic. We also have two one hundred ton machines which are manually operated. All of our dies are designed so the parts are broken off the gate when tumbled and are then sorted and inspected for quality.

Our Assembly Department features many semi-automatic machines for drilling, tapping, reaming, and screw insertion. As all of our machines are operator controlled and loaded, there is always a pair of eyes checking to make sure the quality of the parts is correct.

 Our tool room allows us to make, modify, or repair our tooling as needed. If you need a modification done to your tool, chances are that we can do it and do it fast. Our Tool Maker has been with us for 20 years. Our primary tool room equipment includes three milling machines, two lathes, two surface grinders, and a horizontal saw. When something needs a process we can not perform we have working relationships with local businesses that perform these specialized processes.
